FOUNDER – Bruno Guidolin:
Bruno, founder of Guidolin Agrimac in 1964, has over 60 years of experience in farm machinery and remains a valuable source of advice. Although now retired, he enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge with customers and staff, often telling stories about the machinery we sell. In recent years, Bruno has also volunteered as a part-time tour guide at our visitor centre, delighting guests with his knowledge and stories about the history of our beautiful town.

Marcel has been a part of the family business for over 20 years. With his extensive experience, he specialises in helping customers invest in the right equipment for their needs—whether it’s a custom-made implement, imported machinery, or re-sold equipment. Known for being friendly, honest, and genuine, Marcel is the guiding force at Guidolin Agrimac.

Michael Robinson
A familiar face at Guidolins, Michael has been a valued member of our team for over 15 years. As our lead expert in the spray shop, he goes out of his way to ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied. With extensive knowledge of all the equipment we stock and sell, Michael also supports the retail team, helping everyone work together to deliver excellent customer service. Michael heads our online store, Sprayer Warehouse, ensuring every product dispatched meets the highest quality standards. He is committed to making sure every customer is fully satisfied with both the service and support they receive.

Head Service Technician – Scott Young:
Scott, our head Service Technician, specializes in sprayer repairs and maintenance. He ensures every machine is operating at its full potential and leaves our yard in perfect working order.

Manufacturing Co-ordinator – Mirko De Paoli:
As our Production Co-ordinator, Mirko plays a key role in delivering the quality Ideal is known for. From assembly to final testing, he ensures every sprayer is precision-built and rigorously checked before it leaves our workshop.

Greg Pattison
Greg handles all your enquiries in spare parts & spray shop. With extensive experience in the farming industry and knowledge across a variety of areas, Greg loves solving problems. He’s always ready to help with any spraying or parts questions you might have. Greg is a friendly voice for our online store, helping customers browse and purchase products while offering honest, helpful advice.
Tim Pfitzner
Tim is the friendly face in our spare parts department, always ready to help in-store or over the phone. He provides honest advice, practical suggestions, and support for our online store, making sure customers get exactly what they need.
SPRAYER WAREHOUSE
Natasha Menegon
Natasha works with our spare parts and dispatch team and is a friendly voice for our online store. As our pick-and-packer, she ensures every order is dispatched quickly, efficiently, and safely.
DISPATCH & WAREHOUSE
Allen Strickland
Allan oversees stock receipting and outgoing dispatch within our warehouse. With a strong focus on accuracy and safety, he ensures every order is professionally packed and ready for its next destination. His commitment helps maintain the efficiency and reliability of our dispatch operations.
OFFICE & ADMINISTRATION
Business Development – Yvette Pastro:
Formerly a Guidolin, Yvette oversees and assists the office & retail sales team. She also lends a helping hand to the retail team whenever needed. Working alongside her father and brother since 2004, Yvette continues to assist with the general operations of the entire business.
Office Administrator / Accounts Payable - Liz Perlowski:
Liz is responsible for the oversight of all office administration and accounts payable processes. Her commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail contribute significantly to the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Accounts Receivable / Administration - Richelle McPherson:
Richelle supports our office across a wide range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on accounts receivable and administration. She is always ready to assist both team members and customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
Administration / Online Store - Davina Guidolin
Davina assists with all administration needs and is a friendly voice for our online store. She ensures every customer is satisfied with their orders and the products they receive.
Junior Apprentice - Stefan Guidolin:
Stefan, the eldest son of Marcel, contributes to the Guidolin team on weekends and during school holidays, gaining valuable experience as part of the next generation.
